Our nimble team aims to ship all orders within 1 business day. We put together your package with the utmost care. We love including handwritten personalized notes, and though we're no Frida Kahlo, you can expect some original doodling :). If your ordered more than one pair of sunnies, they may be shipped separately. Check your order email for tracking information.
Raw Sunglasses customers get free shipping on all US orders via USPS First-Class Mail. Transit time for shipped orders is of 1 to 5 business days for the continental US, and 4 to 8 business days for Alaska and Hawaii. Our sunglasses are packaged in-house and not via a 3rd party to ensure our shades meet our quality standard. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in San Francisco, CA or our headquarters in Oakland, CA.
Need faster shipping? Customers have the option to upgrade to our premium shipping option. Packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and take a transit time of 2 business days.
Returns
We want to contribute to your peace of mind when ordering with Raw Sunglasses. All sunglasses can be returned for a full refund within 21 days of delivery. Returned items must be in new condition with no signs of use or wear and in the original packaging. This includes the shell-case and microfiber.
Get in touch with us for return instructions and a return authorization code at rawsunglasses@gmail.com. After receiving the shades we will credit your original form of payment minus shipping. Just a heads up, we process all returns as quickly as our fingers will let us, however, credit card companies sometimes take a few extra days to reflect the refund.
